I originally planned on buying my first home with a long time friend of mine as my realtor, but I unexpectedly moved to Las Vegas and he recommended me Ina. I could not have been more lucky. I’m new to Vegas, so I’m not to familiar with what areas I like and don’t, but she definitely helped with that. She also has tons of connections and so far all of them are better than everyone else’s that I know here. So local knowledge is an easy 5/5 As a first time home buyer I was asking Ina questions all the time and she always answered them and would explain them until I understood them. And believe me I asked a ton of questions from when we first started looking at houses until after I bought mine. She’s very patient lol. Process expertise 5/5 stars. Responsiveness was another thing that impressed me. I work odd hours so I’m used to there being some delay when I’m communicating with someone, especially when they’re as busy as Ina. Every single time I reached out, she got back to me in a timely manner. And while that is the standard for professionals, unfortunately that doesn’t always happen with professionals. Not only that she worked after hours for me, and still gets back to me when I have any questions. Everyone says their clients are their top priority, when you work with Ina, she doesn’t have to tell you, she shows you. Negotiation skills - you can kind of tell who’s gonna be a good negotiator and who isn’t, so I was pretty confident going into escrow, When we closed I was very happy. And it’s funny because I didn’t even realize how good of a deal I got at the time. Every single persons who has seen my house and asks what I got it for is impressed. Ina has 10 years of experience doing this and it shows. Ina is really good at what she does and is passionate about this. She has really high standards for herself, and when other agents don’t have those high standards as well it upsets her. More importantly, she had my back 100%. There were so many times she actually had my best interest first even when it could have played out better for her and at the time I would not have even known. She also went out of her way for me all the time. 10/10 I’d recommend her to anyone and I wouldn’t work with any other agent.
