My husband and I had been thinking about a move for several months. We saw a listing we thought would work for us, but it did not. Ina had listed the property and is how we met her. We had a conversation with her, and my gut said she was our realtor. When a listing popped up that we wanted to see, she adjusted her schedule immediately to accommodate us. When I called her, she always had time for me, and never made me feel like a bother. When I was nervous (and I am nervous a lot!) she made it her mission to do whatever it took to get things back on track. Thankfully, she has a wonderful sense of humor, which is a tremendous asset in her business. While she can be very nice, she also is an extremely strong advocate if needed, and when that happens, she gets results! Finally, because she marketed our home so well, we were able to make a profit that allowed us to purchase a new home that was beyond what we had imagined. We could never have done this without Ina. We will always be grateful for her passion for her profession, and her delivery of amazing customer service in a world where customer service is difficult to find.
